If your picture is 1700 pixels on the longest side, this corresponds to a 2-megapixel camera.
This is quite sufficient and ensures excellent quality for all our products.
If you upload an image it is automatically checked whether the quality is sufficient.

What color is printed?

All images are printed in RGB color space. This is much larger than CMYK color space. Therefore we are able to print your images in original colors.

What is dpi?

dpi means "dots per inch".
A picture with 300 dpi has 300 dots per inch.

What is the picture resolution of the prints?

All prints are produced in high-resolution. All small canvas prints will printed with a resolution of 300 dpi. Larger prints are printed with resolution of 150 dpi.

2. Packaging & Shipping

How do I know when my order is shipped?

When your order leaves our shipping department, you will be informed immediately by email. It usually takes one to four business days for delivery.

How will the artwork be packaged?

It is very important that your artwork reaches you in excellent condition. Therefore, each item is individually packaged with protective quality materials.

Is the package insured?

Each order is carefully packed and adequately insured for damage in transit. If a package is received damaged please let us know immediately to resolve the issue.

What is the shipping cost?

The shipping fee is $15 per order for ground shipping to the United Stated. This fee is a one time charge no matter how many canvas prints are in your order.

3. Consignment gift

Is it possible, to drop ship directly to the recipient?

There is no problem. Simply specify the name and delivery address and we will send the package directly to the desired recipient. The invoice will be issued in your name and sent to you via email.

4. Payment

How do I know when my payment is received?

When we receive your payment, we will inform you via email and your order will be released for production.

Which payment options are available?

Payment is accepted with all major debit and credit cards i.e. American Express, Visa, Matster Card, or Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal.

5. Prices / Tax

Do the prices include sales tax?

6% sales tax will automatically be added for Pennsylvania residents. Sales tax does not apply to any other states.

6. Protective Coating

Are the pictures coated?

Yes, all images are coated with a special UV blocking protecive laquer coating. Therefore, every print is protected not only from UV Light but also against fading, scratches and humidity.

7. Privacy / Security

Will my personal information be procted and secure?

The security of your data has our highest priority. Canvasi.com will never give any data to third parties. Your payment data is exclusively used to process your orders.

Will my uploaded image be added to your image gallery?

No, your personal uploaded image is only visible for you and will not be offered in our image gallery.
