You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
The withdrawal period should be fourteen days from the date when you or a third party representative (other than the carrier) is in possession of the goods.

You can also make use of the attached withdrawal form (not compulsory).
To safeguard the withdrawal period it is important that you send your communication concerning the right to withdraw before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we receive from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different method of delivery than that offered by us, the cheapest Ground Shipping), within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notification. For this repayment we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. You will however be charged fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is occurs first.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods within a fortnight. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this value is due to a loss necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the handling of the goods.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to a contract for the supply of goods that are produced according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs.
This applies to the custom-built stretcher frames and moldings, as these are always special, customised just for you in your desired size and configuration. These are not stock, but tailored upon request.
A repayment of the purchase price of these products is tehrefore not possible.
Should there be a defect in the goods, you have the right to complain via the right to faultless goods.
