Our floating frames and stretched canvas frames are made to order. The total production and delivery time is currently approx. 10 to 14 days. We process all orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we cannot prioritize or expedite ordersand cannot guarantee fixed delivery dates.

Urgent Orders
All stretched canvas frames and floating frames, including standard sizes, are custom-made for each order. Please allow for some buffer time as express shipping is not possible. Stock items such as stretcher bars, canvas rolls and accessories can be shipped very quickly – often the same day or the next day.
Successful Delivery – Important Notes
- Your phone number: Please provide your phone number to facilitate communication with the shipping company, especially for larger parcels from 90 x 90 cm.
- Double-check the delivery address: Make sure that the (company) name is visible on the doorbell and that the address is correct and complete.
- Being present: Plan to be present based on the tracking info. You can authorize the delivery company to drop off the package. If you're on vacation or away, it's best to provide an alternative delivery address or postpone the order.
Bottom line: Your active cooperation is essential for a successful delivery. Please keep in mind that large frames or very long strips – just like bulky furniture or sensitive large appliances – can't simply be dropped off at the neighbor's or transported multiple times without issues.
