Right of Withdrawal

Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods. Note: For custom-made products (all stretched wedge frames and shadow gap frames), we can only grant a right of withdrawal up to 24 hours after placing the order, as these are manufactured individually.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Canvasi GmbH & Co. KG, Siemensstr. 25, 06449 Aschersleben, info@canvasi.de, Telephone: +49 3473 20 40 880) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. In order to safeguard the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of withdrawal before the period has expired.

Special Notes

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are manufactured according to individual specifications. This concerns our stretched wedge frames and shadow gap frames , which are manufactured according to your specific requirements. Even standard sizes are produced "on demand" and are considered individual custom-made products. Each frame goes through our production process. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are unfortunately not possible.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). Reimbursement will be made within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us within fourteen days. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
