Right of Withdrawal

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) have taken possession of the goods. Note: For custom-made products (all stretched canvas frames and floater frames), we can only offer a right of withdrawal within 24 hours after the order has been placed, as these items are made individually.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Canvasi GmbH & Co. KG, Siemensstr. 25, 06449 Aschersleben, info@canvasi.de, phone: +49 3473 20 40 880) of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the end of the withdrawal period.

Special Notes

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods made according to customer specifications. This includes our stretched canvas frames and floater frames, which are produced based on your specific requirements. Even standard sizes are produced "on demand" and are considered custom-made. Therefore, returns, exchanges, and refunds are unfortunately not possible.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from a different delivery method). The refund will be made within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

You must return the goods within fourteen days. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any loss in value if this results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

If your order is faulty or damaged during transport, you of course have the right to file a complaint. Please contact our customer service team.
